Cancellation Policy
Your $75 deposit is a non-refundable good-faith insurance to save your appointment slot, that, upon timely arrival to your scheduled appointment, will automatically go towards your service. If you cancel/reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment, you will not get the deposit back. If you cannot make it and notify me before 24 hours, we can forward that deposit to the rescheduled appointment. An appointment can only be rescheduled 2 times on that initial deposit. If the 3rd appointment is rescheduled/canceled, original deposit will be kept and new deposit will be required. If you are over 30 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, deposit will be kept and will no longer go towards your service. If you are over an hour late, appointment will be canceled and deposit will not be refunded. Our shop has a $75 minimum for tattoo services. We charge $150 an hour, and $75 covers any job that takes less than 30 minutes. No refunds will be issued if service takes less than 30 minutes. $75 minimum also applies to discounted services. Of course I will make exceptions in emergency situations but that is my decision. Please call me immediately if any problems arise :-)
