Cancellation Policy

If your design takes longer than our 30 minute consultation, a design deposit will be required as stated below: Your $70 deposit is a non-refundable payment to begin your design that only goes towards your design service, not towards final service. This deposit is required first before work will begin. Currently, I charge $35 an hour to design with the 3rd hour free to design for artwork or tattoo to be performed by my gallery. $70 is the minimum charge for my time, even if the design takes less than 3 hours. In the instance that your piece is estimated to take longer than 3 hours, $35 an hour will be anticipated for each additional hour. That additional amount is due before design work is started. You don’t actually own the artwork in this case, and final artwork will only be released to you upon request after all services are rendered, since it will be used as reference material for completed piece. In the case that I will only be designing a piece, and you will be going elsewhere for the final artwork to be done, the price is then a minimum of $140 for the first 2 hours, and $70 per additional hour as outlined above. In the case that major changes are requested during the design process, which are different than the original design outlined in design notes, additional hourly fees will be required based on additional time needed for changes to be made. These fees will be due in their entirety upon completion of design before further services are rendered or artwork is released. Prices are subject to change at any time.
