Winner 2017 Temecula Valley Balloon and Wine Festival Poster Contest. Heather created this artwork specifically for the contest and won. Of the 4 pieces she made that won the contest, this was the only one she made to appear as a "balloon glow", when the balloon owners set them up at night and inflate them so they appear to glow in the dark. They normally do so on the ground in the center of the festival, but Heather thought it would look nice as a painting to have them hovering over Lake Skinner where the festival is held every year.
