This piece was inspired by the hot air balloons that often float above the Temecula Valley in the mornings. Heather had recently aquired watercolor markers and wanted to try them out. The local rainbow colored balloon, whose owner gave Heather permission to use it in her artwork, was perfect for the markers experimentation. The artist was very happy with the results of her trying out the new medium.
