Welcome to Heather Pilapil’s Gallery, a welcoming and inviting art gallery and tattoo shop located in Temecula, California. With over 10 years in business, Heather Pilapil is a classically trained artist and the owner of the gallery. She is also the only tattoo artist in the shop. She is an amazing artist and tattoo artist. Heather works very cleanly with quality at the forefront of her mind. She's also become known for her wonderful coverup tattoos. We showcase local artists' artworks on consignment, offering a diverse range of artistic styles. Visit us by appointment only, and please note that we are closed on Wednesdays and Sundays.
